Research showed that Mountain Man carried more recognition than The Front. Renaming the brewery Jeremiah Johnson gave that equity a memorable home, connecting the owner’s name with the brand’s Montana character.
White cans and large, legible type created a clear shelf presence. The familiar Mountain Man character evolved into a broader illustrated world, while “Same beer, Better name” helped existing customers follow the change.

THE BRIEF: Rebrand The Front Brewing Company and launch a new product line with a stronger presence at retail.

THE RESULT: A new name, a distinctive white-can packaging system and a coordinated launch gave the brewery a clearer platform for growth. The company reported a 180% increase in revenue and placement in more than 200 grocery and market stores following the launch.
